Ipod update

Thanks to all those who suggested I buy an Ipod, however, I completely ignored your advice and bought the little beauty you can see to your left. Not only is it called the ZEN NEEON (note the spelling), but it comes with a hippy coloured face plate sticker. Winner!

In all seriousness, it was the same price as the Ipod Nano, but has three times the storage space (6gigs vs. 2gigs). It has a drag and drop interface, meaning you can store anything you want, allowing it to function as a 6gig portable harddrive that happens to play music, amongst others things. It's essentially the same size as the nano. The interface is a little bit fiddly (no clickwheel here) and the loading time can be moderately frustrating. But it does have a radio, a line in and a microphone. It also comes with a five year replacement warranty, which is a hell of a lot better than a one year repair warranty. So all in all, I'm very happy. I just can't show it to people and keep a straight face.
